We're looking for a Software Developer to join our core engineering team in Surat, Gujarat. You'll work across backend services, AI integration layers, and internal tooling — shipping production code that enterprises stake real decisions on.
What you'll do
- Design and ship backend services and APIs powering our AI products
- Integrate large language models and ML systems into production workflows
- Collaborate directly with clients to scope, build, and iterate on features
- Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews
- Help define engineering standards as the team scales
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in software development
- Strong fundamentals in Python or Node.js; comfortable with SQL and REST APIs
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Curiosity about AI systems — you don't need to be an ML researcher, but you should want to understand how the models we deploy actually work
- Clear written communication — we write before we build
